If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can navigate rescheduling through your account at any time. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible in these instances and we will try our best to get you back on the calendar at your next preferred time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability, but we will always try our best!
In our order form there is a question asking "In the case of inclement weather - do you want us to shoot rain or shine or check with you first?" The responses are: "Shoot it ! I need this listed ASAP!", "Check in with me first please!", or "Reschedule to a day with good weather please!" We will do whatever you prefer!
Click the button below, create your free account, enter the address and square footage of the subject property, and you will be directed to our full list of services. You select the services you want, answer some housekeeping questions about usage rights, property readiness, inclement weather, and access information - then you select your slot on our schedule. You will be prompted to pay at the very end, and you will recieve a series of confirmation emails.
