With photographers based in Dahlonega, Kennesaw, Marietta, and Atlanta, our coverage radius extends from each of these hubs with according travel fees for further locations. We welcome all collaboration opportunities, so please reach out with any inquiry!

No! We have full Supra access, and can navigate lockboxes, gates, or any entry system as long as the codes are provided! If no one is present, we will turn on lights and adjust blinds and fans if needed, but the property should be ready at time of arrival.

We deliver all materials the day after your appointment around 9 am EST.

For residential real estate - we own the photos and you're buying the shared rights to use them for listing purposes. The license is individual. For rentals, Airbnb's, and VRBOs - the materials are yours outright, and our prices reflect this reasoning.

We always recommend getting on the schedule as early as possible to ensure there are no conflicting appointments. If we have the availability we can take next-day appointments, but our calendar is based on a first-come first-serve basis.

If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can navigate rescheduling through your account at any time. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible in these instances and we will try our best to get you back on the calendar at your next preferred time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability, but we will always try our best!

In our order form there is a question asking "In the case of inclement weather - do you want us to shoot rain or shine or check with you first?" The responses are: "Shoot it ! I need this listed ASAP!", "Check in with me first please!", or "Reschedule to a day with good weather please!" We will do whatever you prefer!

You select the services you want, answer some housekeeping questions about usage rights, property readiness, inclement weather, and access information - then you select your slot on our schedule. You will be prompted to pay at the very end, and you will recieve a series of confirmation emails.
