What areas do you service?

With photographers based in Dahlonega, Kennesaw, Marietta, and Atlanta, our coverage radius extends from each of these hubs with according travel fees for further locations. We have previously gone South to Newnan, Fayetteville and Peachtree City, West to Cedartown and Carrollton, North to Blue Ridge and Jasper, or East to Gainesville, Braselton and the Covington Mansfield areas. We welcome all collaboration opportunities, so please reach out with any inquiry!

Question 2

Do I (or anyone) need to be at a property for you to capture it?

Accepted Answer

No! We have full Supra access, and can navigate lockboxes, gates, or any entry system as long as the codes are provided! If no one is present, we will turn on lights and adjust blinds and fans if needed, but the property should be ready at time of arrival.

What is the turn around time for materials?

We deliver all materials the day after your appointment around 9 am EST.

Question 4

What are my usage rights on materials?

Accepted Answer

For residential real estate - we own the photos and you're buying the shared rights to use them for listing purposes. The license is individual. For rentals, Airbnb's, and VRBOs - the materials are yours outright, and our prices reflect this reasoning.

Question 5

How far in advance should I book?

We always recommend getting on the schedule as early as possible to ensure there are no conflicting appointments. If we have the availability we can take next-day appointments, but our calendar is based on a first-come first-serve basis.

Question 6

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can navigate rescheduling through your account at any time. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible in these instances and we will try our best to get you back on the calendar at your next preferred time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability, but we will always try our best!

Question 7

What happens in the case of inclement whether?

In our order form there is a question asking "In the case of inclement weather - do you want us to shoot rain or shine or check with you first?" The responses are: "Shoot it ! I need this listed ASAP!", "Check in with me first please!", or "Reschedule to a day with good weather please!" We will do whatever you prefer!

How do I book?

Click the button below, create your free account, enter the address and square footage of the subject property, and you will be directed to our full list of services. You select the services you want, answer some housekeeping questions about usage rights, property readiness, inclement weather, and access information - then you select your slot on our schedule. You will be prompted to pay at the very end, and you will recieve a series of confirmation emails.
