You only have a moment to capture the attention of a potential buyer so let's make sure that your photos do just that. I offer a combination of traditional & aerial photography to showcase your listing. I am based out of the 30062 zip-code and my prices are based on a 25 mile radius.  For locations that exceed a 25 mile one way trip, a travel fee of $1 per mile(each way) will be applied.

*Properties are shot "as is".  It is up to the owner & agent to make sure the property is photo ready. Foto-ology LLC will not be responsible for moving or removing any items from the rooms or property.

*Foto-ology LLC will not digitally alter(photoshop) any image that will misrepresent the property.

***Cancellation Policy*** There are no fees for appointments that are canceled a day in advance.  However, once a photographer arrives at the property, the full amount is due.  This does not cover a re-shoot, that will require a full invoice upon the actual service.  This is due to prioritizing your appointment to make sure the time/day that is set for your initial appointment is locked in, often resulting in others taking a different timeslot.
